Who is Jesus?
Jesus is the biggest influencer of all time.
God became man in Jesus. He experienced what it is to be human. To hurt, to suffer, to be hungry, to need, to sleep, to be tempted, and to be abandoned.
Jesus was betrayed by a close friend and the people he had come to help. He died for our sin. None of us are perfect, we all fall short of God. But there is GOOD NEWS…
Jesus’s death isn’t the end of the story. He took the weight of our wrongs and by the grace of God we’re forgiven when we confess Jesus to be our Saviour.
The book of Romans, in the Bible, says:
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Romans Chapter 10: verses 9-10.
